Choose the right template for every story
Narrivelle provides templates for standard pages, contact, FAQ, About, Blog, Article, 404, password, and Gift Card routes. Choose a template on the relevant Shopify resource, then edit its supported sections.
Pages, contact, FAQ, and About
Use Page for normal reading content, page.contact for Shopify’s native contact form, page.faq for editable FAQ blocks, and page.about for the hero, story, values, and closing composition.
Blog and article
Create posts in Shopify admin; Narrivelle presents listing and article content, image, and metadata where available. Check posts with missing images or authors before publishing.
Utility routes
Review the 404 and password templates before launch. Gift Card pages use Shopify-issued card data; balance, expiry, wallet availability, and redeemable code remain Shopify-controlled.
Set page templates in Shopify
Create or open the relevant Shopify Page, then assign the Page, page.contact, page.faq, or page.about template. Return to the Theme Editor for that page to configure the sections and blocks the selected template supports.
Keep contact and support distinct
The page.contact template uses Shopify’s native contact form for store enquiries. Theme support needs a separate workflow with the information needed for diagnosis, such as store URL, theme version, a reproducible issue description, and useful attachments.
