Use focused templates for customer enquiries and frequently asked questions.
Content pages
Build helpful support content
Create the page in Shopify Admin → Online Store → Pages, then assign `page.contact` or `page.faq` in Theme template. Both begin with the shared Page section.
Contact page
The `page.contact` template adds Shopify’s native contact form after the Page section. Layout style chooses Editorial or Centered; Form surface chooses Framed or Minimal; Heading and Intro introduce the form.
FAQ page
The `page.faq` template adds an FAQ section after the Page section. FAQ item blocks contain Question and Answer content.
FAQ presentation
FAQ layout chooses Editorial or Centered. Show heading reveals an optional heading; Intro, item style, and Show numbers control the section presentation.
